60 Day Comfort Guarantee
 America's Mattress will exchange your mattress set for one of equal value or as a credit against a mattress set of greater value only. This comfort Level guarantee is valid for 60 days, does not apply to the exchanged bed and requires a 30 day minimum trial. No credits or refunds will be issued. A copy of the sales receipt must be provided for any comfort guarantee exchange. There are no exchanges on Sheet, Pillows, Mattress and Pillow Protectors, Furniture, Futons Mattresses & Accessories. Floor Models and Closeouts do not qualify for a comfort exchange. Re-delivery for a comfort exchange is an additional 15% restocking fee plus all shipping/delivery charges. Mattress must be in same condition as original delivery/purchase. |
